The story, the mystery

Lullabies, tales, verbal history

My life belongs to the ancestors, generations hundreds of years past.

My life belongs to her story however short it’s last.

Into the world she came

Fleeting, flying, so fragile

I hadn’t the energy for the war

My fight face not so sturdy

To live and die so quickly

At the hands of another

A shadow, a god, a grim reaper

Ulterior motives within our galaxy

All the generations

The lives of so many

The prize, the lies, the complexity

Will they, will she, wait for me

Sincerely
